Yoga

Move with intention, breathe deeply, and find balance through our diverse yoga classes. Whether you’re looking for strength, restoration, or deep release, we offer:

  • Soul” Mixed Flow – A dynamic blend of movement and stillness that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance.
  • Strong Flow – A dynamic, fast-paced Vinyasa yoga practice designed to build heat in the body through continuous movement, resulting in a good sweat while seamlessly linking breath to each pose,
  • Slow Flow – A slower practice that emphasizes peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose.
  • Yin  & Restorative Yoga – Mindful, breath-centered practices that encourage deep relaxation and flexibility.
  • Yin Nidra & Yin Yoga – Meditative classes that combine long-held postures, fascia release, and deep rest.
  • Yoga with Hand Weights – A heated yoga practice incorporating weights and cardio for full-body conditioning.

Resistance Training

Build strength, endurance, and resilience with movement that challenges and empowers. Our resistance-based training includes:

  • Circuit – High-intensity, community-driven workouts that enhance power, stamina, and confidence.
  • Resistance Training – Mobility-focused exercises designed to improve balance, coordination, and body awareness.
  • Peri/Post Menopause Strength – Designed specifically for post-menopausal women, this class focuses on building strength, enhancing bone density, and improving overall vitality through safe and effective resistance training. 
  • Foam Rolling & Core Strength – Self-myofascial release with targeted core strengthening to enhance mobility, stability, and overall body function.

Qigong

Connect breath, movement, and intention in this ancient practice of energy cultivation. Our qigong classes provide:

  • Gentle, flowing movements to restore vitality and support overall well-being.
  • Breathwork & meditation to harmonize the nervous system and calm the mind.
  • A grounding practice that enhances focus, inner strength, and emotional resilience.

Dance

Dance of Brazil & Beyond with Marsea Marquis

Dance of Brazil & Beyond is a joyful, rhythm-based movement class rooted in dance, music, culture, and community. Led by artist, teacher, and Dance of Brazil founder Marsea Marquis, this class invites participants to move with energy, expression, and connection while exploring Brazilian-inspired rhythms and movement traditions.

Designed for intermediate dancers, the class blends structured movement with embodied expression, helping participants build coordination, musicality, stamina, and confidence. More than a workout, this is an opportunity to experience dance as a living cultural practice: vibrant, communal, and deeply enlivening.

Marsea brings decades of experience as a teacher, artist, and community builder. Since 1990, she has shared the joy of dance and music while honoring cultural traditions and creating spaces where people can connect through rhythm, movement, and shared celebration.

Movement Lab with Dr. LeTa Jussila

The 360 Emergence Movement Lab is an experiential movement practice designed to help participants explore the body as a source of wisdom, expression, healing, and transformation.

Rooted in The 360 Emergence framework, this class is part movement practice, part self-inquiry, and part embodied laboratory. Rather than focusing on performance or choreography, the Movement Lab invites participants to listen inward, move authentically, and explore what is ready to be expressed, released, integrated, or discovered.

Through guided prompts, somatic exploration, elemental themes, music, breath, and reflective pauses, participants are invited to reconnect with their physical body, emotional landscape, creative intelligence, and inner knowing. The practice may include grounding, free-form movement, structured exploration, partner or group witnessing, journaling, and integration.

This class is appropriate for those who are curious about movement as medicine, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, creativity, and personal transformation. No dance experience is required. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, honor their body, and engage with curiosity rather than performance.

Expect guided movement, self-discovery, emotional honesty, creative expression, and integration.

What to Bring to Class

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and a yoga mat and anything else that will make you feel comfortable. We offer Alkaline water from Enagic Kangen as well as have yoga mats for rental. We serve organic non-caffeinated tea and have local yummy nutritious snacks for sale.
