Yoga

- Sweaty Flow – A dynamic, fast-paced Vinyasa yoga practice designed to build heat in the body through continuous movement, resulting in a good sweat while seamlessly linking breath to each pose,
- Slow Flow – A slower practice that emphasizes peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose.

- Yin Nidra & Yin Yoga – Meditative classes that combine long-held postures, fascia release, and deep rest.

Resistance Training

Qigong
